Card Services Product Trainer – Financial Program
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa | Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting / Rotational / Night Shift
Salary: ₱30,000–₱40,000 package | Up to ₱45,000 negotiable

Join Our Financial Services Training Team!
We’re looking for an experienced Card Services Product Trainer to deliver impactful training programs for frontline teams supporting Financial/Commercial Card Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate New Hire Training, upskilling, and cross-skilling programs.
- Develop training materials, assessments, job aids, and mock scenarios.
- Provide nesting, floor support, coaching, and real-time assistance.
- Track training performance, quality, CSAT, AHT, FTR, and attrition.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and ensure compliance with client standards.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years BPO experience
- At least 2 years as a Trainer handling Card Services in a BPO environment.
- Strong background in Financial/Commercial Card Services — Collections, Insurance, and Fraud experience alone will not qualify.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Education, Communications, or related field.
- Experience with financial platforms, LMS, MS Office/Google Workspace, and training tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and coaching skills.
- Willing to work shifting/rotational schedules.
