*About The Role:*

CGI McKinley Taguig is hiring CSRs for International Voice Account. Earn up to 23K basic plus allowance plus joining bonus!

*Salary Breakdown:*

- *PHP 18K Basic* - for 6 months BPO voice experience

- *PHP 20K-21K Basic* - for 1-2 years BPO voice experience

- *PHP 22K-23K Basic* - for 2-3 years BPO voice experience

- *PLUS* PHP 3,200 monthly allowance

- *PLUS* Joining Bonus equivalent to 1 month basic salary

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries via voice for international account

- Provide world-class customer service and resolve concerns

- Assist with billing, account management, and service inquiries

- Meet quality metrics and ensure high CSAT

- Document interactions accurately

*Qualifications:*

- Minimum 6 months international voice account experience required

- *Note:* Local accounts like GCash, local banks, local telcos NOT qualified

- Must have at least 1 year tenure per company - job hoppers not qualified

- Open to HS Grad, SHS Grad, Undergrad, Career Shifters

- Excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work 100% onsite in McKinley, Taguig - Fixed night shift

- Can start ASAP
