The role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, improving OT reliability and security, and coordinating with IT and operations teams. As a Team Lead, the position also provides technical guidance to team members, manages incidents and projects, and ensures OT systems meet business, security, and operational requirements.
