Job Title: CIS Functional Support

Shift: 2pm - 11pm Mid shift

Work Setup: Hybrid 3x onsite at Zuellig office, Paranaque

Max Budget: Flexible based on candidate experience

Required Years of Experience: 4 to 7 years

Start Date: ASAP

Job Purpose:

The CIS Functional Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, testing, and implementing interfaces between Zuellig Pharma system and Client system, ensuring seamless data flow and business process integration. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep technical expertise in various interface formats and protocols, and a solid understanding of SAP modules and related business processes. The Interface Analyst will work closely with internal teams both GTS and ZP Markets and clients to deliver robust and efficient integration solutions.

Scope of Work:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

- Collaborate with ZP Markets and clients to understand integration requirements, data flows, and business processes.

- Analyze existing systems and data structures to identify integration points and potential challenges.

- Document detailed functional and technical specifications for interfaces, including Process and IT Mapping documentation.

Interface Design:

- Design interface solutions based on gathered requirements, considering scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Perform data mapping between source and target systems, utilizing SAP standard tables, BAPI tables/fields, or other relevant data sources.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

- Create comprehensive test scripts for baseline testing, functional testing, and systems integration testing SIT.

- Create comprehensive test scripts for user acceptance testing UAT if not provided by clients.

- Execute test cases including creation of test data, analyze results, and identify defects.

- Facilitate testing with clients.

- Collaborate with development and business teams to resolve issues and ensure the quality of integrated solutions.

- Support regression testing efforts to ensure existing functionalities are not impacted by new integrations.

Deployment and Post-Implementation Support:

- Assist in the deployment of interfaces to production environments.

- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and performing root cause analysis.

- Monitor interface performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

- More than 4 years of university studies BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree, or equivalent experience in corresponding roles.

- Additional functional-specific qualification with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in independent solution development and implementation related to the respective domain area, with self-confidence in discussions with decision authorities.

- Business-fluent English knowledge, general and specific to the functional area.

- Previous Product Team Member PTM with deep functional and technical experience in a related domain is strongly recommended.

Domain and Product-Specific Skills:

- Highly Analytical and Data-Oriented: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Interface Format Expertise: Extensive experience with XML, X12, IDOC, EDIFACT, CSV, Excel, etc. Ability to understand and interpret complex data structures.

- SAP Mapping Experience: Demonstrated experience in report/interface mapping using SAP Standard Tables or BAPI Tables/Fields. Familiarity with SAP data models and data dictionary.

- File Transfer Protocol Knowledge: Experience with SFTP, API, CPI Cloud Platform Integration, and AS2. Ability to configure and troubleshoot connectivity issues is a plus.

- SAP Module Experience: Hands-on experience with SAP SD Sales and Distribution, MM Materials Management, EWM Extended Warehouse Management and other modules to support Client Integration and Reporting requirements.

- Testing Expertise: Proficient in test script creation and execution for Baseline Testing, Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing including test data creation. Experience with test management tools is a plus.

- Business Process Familiarity: Familiarity with Inbound Shipment, Quality Assurance QA, Outbound Order, Customer Returns, Warehouse Management, Subcontracting and Repackaging.

- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
