Job Title: CIS Functional Support  

Location: Parañaque City, Philippines  

Work Setup: Hybrid - 3x Onsite  

Work Schedule: 2pm - 11pm Mid Shift  

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Purpose:  

The CIS Functional Analyst will be responsible for analysing, designing, testing, and implementing interfaces between system and Client system, ensuring seamless data flow and business process integration. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep technical expertise in various interface formats and protocols, and a solid understanding of SAP modules and related business processes. The Interface Analyst will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver robust and efficient integration solutions.

Scope of Work:  

Requirements Gathering and Analysis  

- Collaborate with Markets and clients to understand integration requirements, data flows, and business processes  

- Analyze existing systems and data structures to identify integration points and potential challenges  

- Document detailed functional and technical specifications for interfaces, including Process and IT Mapping documentation  

Interface Design  

- Design interface solutions based on gathered requirements, considering scalability, performance, and maintainability  

- Perform data mapping between source and target systems, utilizing SAP standard tables, BAPI tables and fields, or other relevant data sources  

Testing and Quality Assurance  

- Create comprehensive test scripts for baseline testing, functional testing, systems integration testing SIT  

- Create comprehensive test scripts for user acceptance testing UAT, if not provided by clients  

- Execute test cases including creation of test data, analyze results, and identify defects  

- Facilitate testing with clients  

- Collaborate with development and business teams to resolve issues and ensure quality of integrated solutions  

- Support regression testing efforts to ensure existing functionalities are not impacted by new integrations  

Deployment and Post-Implementation Support  

- Assist in the deployment of interfaces to production environments  

- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and performing root cause analysis  

- Monitor interface performance and proactively identify areas for improvement  

Minimum Requirements:  

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or equivalent experience in corresponding roles  

- 4 to 7 years of relevant SAP Functional and Interface experience  

- Experience in independent solution development and implementation with confidence in discussions with decision authorities  

- Business fluent English knowledge, both general and specific to the functional area  

- Prior experience as Product Team Member PTM with deep functional and technical experience in a related domain is strongly recommended  

Domain and Product Specific Skills:  

- Highly Analytical and Data-Oriented: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate business requirements into technical specifications  

- Interface Format Expertise: Experience with XML, X12, IDOC, EDIFACT, CSV, Excel, etc.  

- SAP Mapping Experience: Experience in report and interface mapping using SAP Standard Tables or BAPI Tables and Fields. Familiarity with SAP data models and data dictionary  

- File Transfer Protocol Knowledge: Experience with SFTP, API, CPI Cloud Platform Integration, and AS2. Ability to configure and troubleshoot connectivity is a plus  

- SAP Module Experience: Hands-on experience with SAP SD Sales and Distribution, MM Materials Management, EWM Extended Warehouse Management and other modules to support Client Integration and Reporting  

- Testing Expertise: Proficient in test script creation and execution for Baseline Testing, Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing including test data creation. Experience with test management tools is a plus  

- Business Process Familiarity: Knowledge of Inbound Shipment, QA, Outbound Order, Customer Returns, Warehouse Management, Subcontracting and Repackaging  

- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
