Provide professional voice-based client service and problem resolution for wealth and banking clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests, transactional needs, and service concerns through phone and other electronic channels. Handle banking transactions such as transfers, overdrafts, and time-sensitive wire requests while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Build professional relationships with Wealth Advisors and internal teams, maintain accurate CRM/Salesforce records, and consistently meet quality, productivity, and service-level standards. �
