Job title: Clinical Nurse Trainer (USRN)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Nurse Trainer (USRN) to lead
onboarding, skills development, and ongoing training for registered nurses supporting
telephonic triage, utilization management, prior authorization, and administrative clinical
support functions. The ideal candidate will combine clinical knowledge, adult learning
principles, and operational awareness to ensure nurses are well-prepared to deliver high
quality care and meet productivity and documentation standards.
Qualifications:
Active USRN license (required)
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (utilization management, behavioral health, triage, or case management preferred)
Prior training, precepting, or leadership experience in a healthcare or BPO environment
Familiarity with U.S. healthcare systems, documentation standards, and regulatory considerations
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills
Experience with Microsoft Teams, LMS platforms, and electronic medical record
(EMR) systems a plus
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Amenable to work onsite in BGC Taguig

Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and facilitate comprehensive training programs for new hires
and existing staff across clinical functions (e.g., triage, prior auth, care coordination)
Deliver training on clinical workflows, documentation expectations, soft skills, communication protocols, and client-specific tools/systems
Create training materials including manuals, job aids, reference guides, and e-learning content
Conduct competency assessments and knowledge checks to evaluate nurse readiness and retention of key material
Support live call simulations and coach on tone, empathy, escalation protocol, and clinical decision-making
Collaborate with clinical leaders to identify training gaps and tailor interventions to support quality assurance outcomes
Monitor performance of new hires during ramp-up; offer targeted coaching to address gaps
Stay updated with industry best practices, evidence-based guidelines, and evolving client needs
Assist in the continuous improvement of training processes through feedback loops and QA data
