Senior Business Intelligence Manager – WFM

Location: McKinley 6, McKinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City
Work Setup: Hybrid
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Manager – WFM to lead Business Intelligence initiatives supporting Workforce Management and business operations. The role requires strong expertise in BI, analytics, technology, programming, and emerging AI tools.

The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert and key decision-maker, driving the development of new solutions for complex projects, processes, and business activities. This role will also lead and mentor a team of BI specialists while ensuring the successful implementation of strategic and tactical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Business Intelligence initiatives, projects, and solutions supporting Workforce Management and business operations.
Develop and implement short- to medium-term BI strategies, processes, standards, and solutions.
Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable BI and technology solutions.
Drive the development and enhancement of reporting, analytics, dashboards, and data-driven solutions.
Provide expert guidance and make decisions related to BI, analytics, technology, and process improvement.
Work with programming languages, technology platforms, data tools, and modern technology solutions.
Explore and utilize AI tools and initiatives to improve productivity, analytics, automation, and solution development.
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop BI specialists and team members.
Manage team performance and the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, development, performance management, and engagement.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with established policies, processes, standards, and business requirements.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
Serve as a subject matter expert and provide technical and business guidance to the team.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

1–2+ years of managerial experience in Business Intelligence.
Strong knowledge and experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, and related technologies.
Hands-on knowledge of AI tools or initiatives, such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code/Cowork, or similar AI-powered development/productivity tools.
Strong understanding of technology stacks and programming languages.
Proven experience leading, coaching, and managing BI or analytics teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work on a shifting schedule and in a hybrid setup at McKinley, Taguig.
