We're seeking a Collection Associate with 2–5 years of B2B Accounts Receivable or Collections experience. You'll manage customer portfolios, collect outstanding payments, resolve billing disputes, reconcile accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate collection records while meeting productivity and SLA targets. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) is preferred.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting; strong B2B collections, AR, reconciliation, negotiation, and English communication skills (CEFR C1 or equivalent); proficiency in MS Office. Must be willing to work onsite in Aura, Taguig on a night shift.
