Job Title: Collections Associate

Location: Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite

Salary Range: PHP 18,500 - 22,000 per month

Work Schedule: Shifting

Education: Completed 2nd Year of College

Experience: Minimum 1 Year of BPO Experience in Collections

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a qualified Collections Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Collections Associate, you will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts from our clients. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in collections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate contact with clients to negotiate and collect outstanding debts.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.

Analyze and assess clients' financial situations to determine the best approach for debt recovery.

Provide excellent customer service while adhering to collection guidelines and regulations.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and issues.

Meet and exceed monthly collection targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

Completed 2nd Year of College.

Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience in a Collections account.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work in a shifting schedule.

Proficient in using computer applications, including MS Office and collection software.

Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations is a plus.

Results-oriented with a proven track record in meeting collection targets.
