Job Title : Collections Manager – B2B

Job Description

We are hiring a Collections Manager – B2B to lead a high-performing B2B Collections / Accounts Receivable (AR) team in Taguig. The role will focus on improving cash flow, reducing aging, maximizing collection effectiveness, and ensuring operational excellence while maintaining a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B Collections, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash (O2C), team management, customer escalations, and stakeholder management. Experience supporting US customers or global operations and working with ERP/collections platforms is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day B2B Collections and Accounts Receivable operations, managing team performance against KPIs and SLAs.
Drive portfolio reviews, aging reduction, collection effectiveness, workflow management, and timely customer follow-ups.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members through performance reviews, refresher training, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Manage customer escalations and collaborate with Billing, Disputes, Sales, and Cash Application teams to resolve issues.
Drive root-cause analysis, governance reporting, process improvements, operational controls, and productivity initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5–8 years of relevant experience, including managerial or team management experience.
Strong hands-on experience in B2B Collections and/or Accounts Receivable.
Proven experience managing B2B Collections/AR teams.
Strong knowledge of AR processes, O2C, aging management, and collection effectiveness.
Experience in B2B, SaaS, Technology, or Shared Services environments preferred.
Experience handling customer escalations and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
Experience supporting US customers or global operations is preferred.
Knowledge of NetSuite, SAP, or similar ERP/collections platforms is an advantage.
Cash Application and Dispute Management experience is a plus.

Important Notes

On-site role in Aura, McKinley, Taguig.
Candidates must be willing to work Night Shift / US Shift.
Strong B2B Collections / AR team management experience is mandatory.
