Qualifications:
Minimum 2nd Year College – required
1 year BPO experience in Collections – OR –
2 years BPO experience (any account)
Salary: Up to ₱24,000
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers to collect outstanding payments
Negotiate payment plans and settlements
Resolve billing disputes and account inquiries
Maintain accurate records of collection activities
