*About the Role:*

EXL Iloilo is urgently hiring for Retail Voice Account! Earn PHP 18,000 package. Open for college undergraduates who completed at least 2 years in college with 1 year BPO voice experience.

*Job Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound calls for Retail account

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries

- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism

- Meet quality and performance metrics

- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

*Qualifications:*

- Completed at least 2 years in college (College Undergraduate) - Required

- HS and SHS graduates are not qualified for this account

- Minimum 1 year BPO Voice experience is required

- Excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Iloilo City
