- Handle customer inquiries related to Financial Account
- Deliver excellent customer service and accurate information
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Achieve performance targets and quality metrics
- Work collaboratively with your team
*Qualifications:*
- College graduate - any course
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- No BPO experience needed!
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Angeles City
- Available to start ASAP
