Overview:

Concentrix Banawa Cebu is hiring for our Insurance Account. This is open to all experience levels - even candidates with no BPO experience are welcome to apply. Earn up to PHP 24K total package with complete benefits.

Job Details:

Role: Insurance Voice Agent / Insurance CSR

Location: Banawa, Cebu - Onsite

Salary: Basic PHP 14,500 - 18,500 + PHP 5,500 Allowance - Up to PHP 24,000 Total Package

Account: Insurance Account

Work Setup: Onsite - Shifting Schedule

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle insurance-related customer inquiries and concerns via voice channel

- Provide excellent customer service and support

- Assist customers with policy and claims-related issues

- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns

- Meet quality and performance targets

Qualifications:

- Open to all - No BPO experience welcome to apply

- Open to all - With less than 1 year BPO experience also welcome

- At least Senior High School Graduate

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Banawa, Cebu City

- Amenable to shifting schedule and can start ASAP

Salary and Benefits:

- Basic Salary: PHP 14,500 - 18,500

- Allowance: PHP 5,500

- Total Package: Up to PHP 24,000 per month
