*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate solutions

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service

- Troubleshoot issues and improve overall service quality

- Track progress and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

- Meet KPIs, quality metrics, and CSAT targets

*Qualifications:*

- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / SHS Graduate / College Undergrad / College Graduate accepted

- At least 6 months BPO experience required (voice or non-voice accepted)

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro
