Concentrix San Lazaro Manila is mass hiring for CSRs! Multiple accounts open - Insurance, Healthcare, and Chat Blended! At least 6 months BPO experience required. Get matched to an account that fits your skills!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Provide customer support for Insurance / Healthcare accounts

- Handle inquiries via phone and chat blended channels

- Resolve concerns efficiently with excellent customer service

- Maintain high CSAT and meet performance metrics and KPIs

*Qualifications:*

- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / SHS Graduate / College Graduate accepted

- Minimum 6 months BPO experience REQUIRED - Any account

- Diploma must be available upon selection

- All Certificates of Employment (COEs) must be available and complete

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in San Lazaro, Manila

- Amenable to work on shifting schedule

- Can start ASAP - Immediate joiners preferred
