CONSUMER BANKING RELATIONSHIP AGENT

McKinley | 100% Onsite | Fixed Night Shift

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer inquiries and concerns for a consumer banking account
Provide excellent and personalized customer service
Assist customers through voice interactions
Resolve concerns efficiently and professionally
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Deliver a high-quality customer experience

QUALIFICATIONS

Open to HS Graduates (Old Curriculum)
Open to SHS Graduates
Open to College Undergraduates
Open to College Graduates
At least 6 months of BPO voice account or customer service experience
BPO experience must be with an INTERNATIONAL account
Excellent conversational and English communication skills
Open to career shifters
Willing to work 100% onsite in McKinley
Amenable to a fixed night shift schedule

STRICT EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Local-only contact center experience is NOT accepted

Examples: GCash, local banks, local telcos, and similar local accounts.

JOB HOPPERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED

Candidates must have at least 1 year of tenure with each company.

SALARY PACKAGE

6 months experience: PHP 18,000
1–2 years experience: PHP 20,000–PHP 21,000
2–3 years experience: PHP 22,000–PHP 23,000
+ PHP 3,200 allowance
Joining Bonus equivalent to 1 month of basic salary

Salary brackets are NON-NEGOTIABLE. Applicants should not request a salary higher than the applicable bracket.
