About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Content Moderator to review online content and help ensure it follows platform guidelines. This role is suitable for entry-level applicants who are comfortable working with digital content and communicating in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Review user-generated content, such as posts, comments, images, and videos.
• Assess content according to established policies and guidelines.
• Flag, remove, or escalate content that may violate those guidelines.
• Document moderation decisions accurately.
• Handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content professionally.
• Protect user information and follow privacy and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Able to follow instructions and work with established guidelines.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
