Job Title: Customer Support Representative – Online Video Sharing Account
Location: Onsite | Philippines
Job Description:
We are looking for customer-focused and detail-oriented individuals to join our Online Video Sharing Account as Customer Support Representatives. The role involves assisting users with account-related concerns, content inquiries, platform navigation, and general customer support through voice, chat, or email channels.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate information regarding platform policies and services
• Resolve account, billing, or technical concerns within standard procedures
• Maintain quality service and meet performance metrics
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
Qualifications:
Completed at least 2 years in College with no back subjects
Candidates must have at least 6 months of BPO Experience
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be willing to work onsite.
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Must not have been connected with Online Search Engine Account within 3 months prior joining date.
