Contract Specialist

Location: Mandaluyong, Philippines
Work Setup: Onsite / Hybrid

Role Overview

We are looking for a Contract Specialist to support contract management teams across projects, accounts, and geographies. The role will work closely with account leadership, clients, commercial teams, and business stakeholders to manage contract requirements, risks, investigations, and commercial priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Support contract management teams across multiple projects and accounts.
Work with account leadership and client commercial/business stakeholders to understand client needs, priorities, strategies, and opportunities.
Collaborate with contract management teams across different projects, accounts, and geographies.
Identify, escalate, and support resolution of commercial and contractual risks and issues.
Work with contract management and project leadership to achieve appropriate outcomes for all parties.
Support pre-award sales activities and participate in deal-shaping discussions.
Provide contract drafting support and collaborate with sales and business leadership.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with client counterparts and executives.
Support compliance-related, employment, and governmental investigations.
Prepare confidential investigation reports and provide risk-related guidance to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Contract Manager.
Demonstrated experience conducting and supervising investigations, including compliance, employment, and governmental investigations.
Strong knowledge of local ethical, conduct, and compliance risks.
Understanding of employee rights, obligations, and applicable employment laws.
Extensive experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.
Strong understanding of commercial contracting regulations and principles.
Knowledge of subcontracting practices and commercial contract terms and conditions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to effectively engage with client executives and stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

Membership in World Commerce and Contracting (WorldCC) or National Contract Management Association (NCMA).
Professional certification in contract or commercial management.

Eligibility

Candidates must currently be based in the Philippines.
Must have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
Willingness to work onsite/hybrid in Mandaluyong on a shifting schedule.
