*About The Role:*

Join HGS Bridgertowne and support premium international brands! We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Audio Equipment, TV, and Financial Voice Accounts with a convenient virtual interview process.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound customer inquiries for premium international brands (Audio, TV, and Financial accounts)

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently

- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high satisfaction

- Meet quality and productivity targets

*Qualifications:*

- At least 6 months of BPO international voice experience is required

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Bridgertowne, Quezon City on a shifting schedule

- Can start ASAP
