Job Description:

Teleperformance McKinley is urgently hiring for our Banking and Insurance Account! Great opportunity for candidates with experience in banking, financial, or insurance BPO accounts.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inquiries related to banking and insurance products and services

- Provide accurate information and resolve concerns efficiently

- Process transactions and assist with account-related requests

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and compliance with policies

Qualifications:

- At least High School / Senior High School Graduate

- With at least 12 months Customer Care Experience (CCE) in BPO

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in McKinley

- Willing to work on shifting schedule

- Can start ASAP
