Customer Service Rep - Concentrix San Lazaro Manila - Multiple Accounts - Up to 25.5K*

Location: San Lazaro, Manila - Onsite (WFO)

Accounts: Insurance / Healthcare / Chat Blended

Salary: PHP 22,000 - 25,500 Package

Setup: Onsite - Full-Time

Overview:

Concentrix San Lazaro mass hiring CSRs! We have openings for Insurance, Healthcare, and Chat Blended accounts. At least 6 months BPO exp required. Get matched to an account that fits you!

Responsibilities:

- Provide support for Insurance / Healthcare accounts

- Handle inquiries via phone and chat blended channels

- Resolve concerns efficiently with excellent service

- Meet performance metrics and maintain high CSAT

Qualifications:

- HS / SHS / College Grad accepted

- At least 6 months BPO experience required

- Diploma must be available upon selection

- All COEs must be available

- Willing to work onsite in San Lazaro, Manila

- Can start ASAP
