EXL MOA Pasay is urgently hiring CSRs for our Premium PANTHER Financial Account! High-paying opportunity for candidates with banking / financial background. Earn up to 38K with Day 1 HMO and grow with a stable global account.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound inquiries for a premium global financial account

- Assist customers with banking, financial, and account-related concerns

- Provide accurate and professional resolution in a timely manner

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and security procedures

- Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain high CSAT scores

- Accurately document all customer interactions

*Qualifications:*

- At least SHS Graduate; College Graduate is a plus

- Minimum 2 Years Experience in Banking / Financial Account (BPO or Banking Industry) - REQUIRED

- Background in financial services, banking, lending, credit cards preferred

- Good to excellent communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in MOA Complex, Pasay City

- Amenable to shifting schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Can start ASAP
