Job Description:
Join HGS Iloilo as CSR for our Financial Account! We are looking for skilled and motivated Customer Service Representatives. Earn 18K-20K while working with a collaborative team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support for Financial Account customers
- Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Provide reliable and customer-focused solutions
- Collaborate with team members to deliver quality outcomes
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Meet performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- At least High School / Senior High School Graduate
- With or without BPO experience - Freshers welcome! Financial background is a plus
- Good English communication skills - Written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willing to work onsite in Iloilo City
- Amenable to shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
