Job Overview:
HGS Iloilo is hiring for Financial Account CSR! Open for candidates with or without BPO experience. Earn 18K to 20K while building your career with a global company!
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer support for Financial Account customers
Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Provide reliable and customer-focused solutions
Collaborate with team members to deliver quality outcomes
Troubleshoot issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
Meet performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications:
At least High School / Senior High School Graduate
With or without BPO experience - Freshers welcome! Financial background is a plus
Good English communication skills - Written and verbal
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Willing to work onsite in Iloilo City
Amenable to shifting schedule
Can start ASAP
