*Job Description:*

EXL Service Cebu is urgently hiring for our Financial - Real Estate Account. We are looking for motivated individuals with at least 1 year BPO experience to join our growing team in Cebu City.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle financial and real estate-related customer inquiries

- Assist customers with account management and property-related concerns

- Provide accurate information and deliver excellent customer service

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

*Qualifications:*

- At least 2nd Year College Completed (Undergraduate)

- With at least 1 year Call Center / BPO Experience (Required)

- B1 High CEF Level / Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

- Willing to work on shifting / night shift schedule

*Salary and Benefits:*

- Up to PHP 22,000 Total Package (Basic: PHP 17K-19K + PHP 3K Allowance)
