Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Healthcare Account

Job Description:

EXL Service Cebu is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Healthcare Account. This is open for candidates with or without BPO experience who are willing to start ASAP.

Qualifications:

- At least Senior High School Graduate

- College Graduate with or without Call Center Experience is welcome to apply

- With good to excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work on-site in Cebu

- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shift, weekends, and holidays

- Can start on October 5, 2026

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary Package: 22,000 - 23,000
