We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Financial / Insurance Account in BGC, Taguig. This is perfect for candidates with a financial / banking background who want to grow their career in a global BPO.

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries related to financial and insurance accounts

- Provide account support and resolve concerns professionally

- Deliver excellent customer experience

- Meet quality, compliance, and performance targets

*Qualifications:*

- Completed at least 2nd year college (required, non-negotiable)

- With financial / banking background (required)

- At least 1 year BPO experience

- Good to excellent communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig

- Can start ASAP
