*Job Description:*

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to handle customer inquiries related to insurance policies and brokerage services.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle inquiries regarding insurance policies and brokerage services

- Provide accurate, professional, and timely customer support

- Ensure accuracy in policy documentation and account handling

- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction

- Meet performance metrics, KPIs, and quality standards

*Qualifications:*

- At least Senior High School Graduate, 2 years in college, or College Graduate

- Minimum 6 months BPO voice experience required

- Excellent English communication skills

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Willing to work full-time onsite in Taguig City

- Amenable to shifting schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Can start ASAP
