*What You'll Do:*

- Handle customer inquiries related to financial and insurance brokerage services

- Provide accurate information and excellent customer support

- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction

- Meet performance and quality metrics

*Who Can Apply:*

- At least Senior High School Graduate / Completed 2 Years in College / College Graduate

- With at least 6 months BPO voice experience

- Excellent English communication skills

- Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused

- Willing to work onsite in Taguig City - open to shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Can start ASAP
