About the Role:

Hiring for Life Insurance Account at EXL Cebu. Open to SHS graduates, college undergrads, Nursing graduates and undergrads, and Medical Allied courses. Earn up to 34K package if you are from a Nursing background.

Role: Life Insurance CSR

Location: Cebu City - Onsite

Salary: Up to PHP 34,000 Package

Work Setup: Onsite

Who we are looking for:

1. Non-Nursing Candidates:

Education: At least Senior High School Graduate / Completed 2nd Year College

Experience: With at least 1 year BPO Voice experience

2. Nursing Candidates - Up to 34K Package:

Education: BS Nursing 3rd Year Undergraduate OR Nursing Graduate

Experience: With or without BPO experience

3. Medical Allied Candidates:

Education: Completed any Medical Allied course - at least 3rd Year Undergraduate

Experience: With at least 6 months BPO experience

Other Requirements:

Communication: Good English communication skills

Work Setup: Willing to work onsite in Cebu

Schedule: Amenable to shifting schedule
