College Graduate (with 6 months experience)
Completed 2 years in college (with at least 72 units) + 1 year BPO experience
Has a good customer service orientation.
Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
Has good analytical skills.
Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing.
Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Willing to work onsite
