*About The Role:*

Teleperformance Aura is hiring for our GenMod (Content Moderation) Account. This is a non-voice account ideal for fresh graduates and career shifters looking to start their career in the BPO industry with comprehensive training and support.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Review and moderate content in accordance with company policies and guidelines

- Ensure a safe and positive online environment for users

- Meet quality and productivity targets

- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

*Qualifications:*

- College graduate of any 4-year course (with or without diploma)

- No BPO / Call Center experience required - fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig City

- Available to start ASAP

- Amenable to work on shifting schedules
