*About the Role:*
Alldigitech Taguig is hiring a Medical Billing Specialist for our Healthcare RCM account. Earn up to PHP 33,000 depending on experience!
*Job Responsibilities:*
- Handle medical billing and RCM-related inquiries from customers
- Resolve billing issues and provide clear explanations to customers
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive healthcare information
- Deliver excellent customer service and support
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy
*Qualifications:*
- 1 to 2 years experience in Medical Billing / Healthcare RCM / Customer Support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent English communication skills - verbal and written
- Can explain complex billing concepts in a simple and clear way
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
