- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to healthcare services

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally

*Qualifications:*

- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

- At least 6 months of BPO / Customer Care Experience is required

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in EDSA Greenfield, Mandaluyong on a shifting schedule

- Can start ASAP
