CSR Insurance Brokerage
>College graduate with at least 12 months of BPO experience; or
>Completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 18 months BPO experience
>Solid background in insurance brokerage is required
>Ability to handle policy-related inquiries with strong attention to detail and accuracy
>Policy Servicing & Carrier Coordination
>Billing, Premium & Receivables Management
