Workforce Scheduler
Locations: Alphaland Makati | Davao City
Work Setup: Onsite (Shifting Schedule)
Headcount: 2 Openings (1 for Makati, 1 for Davao)
Monthly Salary: ₱27,000
About the Role
As a Workforce Scheduler, you will play a key role in balancing operational needs with staff availability. You will build and optimize shift rosters aligned with demand forecasts to maximize service coverage while controlling costs.
What You’ll Do
Build & Maintain Rosters: Craft effective schedules driven by volume and staffing forecasts.
Handle Daily Adjustments: Facilitate shift bidding, trade/swap requests, and schedule modifications smoothly.
Optimize Coverage: Protect operational SLAs by ensuring full roster coverage while minimizing unnecessary overtime costs.
Partner with Leadership: Work hand-in-hand with operations managers to anticipate and resolve scheduling bottlenecks.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum 1 year of dedicated experience in WFM scheduling (BPO / Shared Services preferred).
Spreadsheet Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced skill in MS Excel (formulas, reporting, data handling).
WFM Core Skills: Practical understanding of capacity planning, headcount modeling, and forecasting fundamentals.
Attributes: High level of accuracy, keen eye for detail, and strong organizational ability.
