Concentrix San Lazaro Manila is mass hiring for Customer Service Representatives. Multiple accounts are open including Insurance, Healthcare, and Chat Blended. Candidates will be matched to an account that fits their skills and experience.

*Job Description:*

We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Insurance, Healthcare, and Chat Blended accounts in San Lazaro, Manila.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Provide customer support for Insurance / Healthcare accounts

- Handle inquiries via phone and chat blended channels

- Resolve concerns efficiently with excellent customer service

- Maintain high CSAT and meet performance metrics and KPIs

*Qualifications:*

- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate accepted

- Minimum 6 months BPO experience required, any account accepted

- Diploma must be available upon selection

- All Certificates of Employment (COEs) must be available and complete

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in San Lazaro, Manila

- Amenable to work on shifting schedule

- Available to start ASAP
