ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring for multiple accounts in Concentrix Davao - Retail, E-Commerce Retail, and Hotel Reservation Accounts.

1. RETAIL ACCOUNT

College Graduate - No BPO experience required

OR SHS Graduate with at least 3 months of BPO experience

2. E-COMMERCE RETAIL - Blended Account

SHS Graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience

OR SHS Graduate with 6 months customer-facing experience - CFE

3. HOTEL RESERVATION ACCOUNT

At least College Level with strictly 6 months BPO experience
