*Job Overview:*

EXL Service MOA Pasay is urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our premium PANTHER Financial Account. This is a high-paying opportunity for candidates with banking and financial background. Earn up to PHP 38,000 package with Day 1 HMO coverage and join a stable, global premium account.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound inquiries for a global financial account

- Assist customers with banking, financial, and account-related concerns

- Provide accurate, timely, and professional resolution

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and security procedures

- Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain high CSAT and quality scores

- Document all customer interactions accurately and follow SOPs

*Qualifications:*

- At least Senior High School Graduate; College Graduate is a plus

- Minimum 2 years experience in Banking / Financial Account - BPO or Banking Industry is REQUIRED

- Background in financial services, banking, lending, credit cards, or related field is preferred

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City

- Amenable to shifting schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Can start ASAP
