*JOB DESCRIPTION:*

Teleperformance Molino is urgently hiring CSRs for our Retail Account. No prior BPO experience required - paid training provided.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

- Handle inbound inquiries related to retail products & services

- Assist with orders, product info, returns, and general concerns

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction

- Document customer interactions and follow standard processes

- Meet quality and performance targets

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

- No BPO / Call Center exp required - open to first-timers & career shifters

- At least HS Graduate, SHS Graduate, or ALS Graduate

- Good English communication skills

- Customer service oriented and willing to learn

- Willing to work onsite in Molino, Cavite

- Willing to work shifting schedule including weekends & holidays
