*ABOUT THE ROLE:*
Join Teleperformance Makati for our stable Telco Voice Account. We are urgently hiring CSRs with as low as 3 months BPO experience - perfect for BPO beginners!
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
- Handle inbound inquiries related to telco products & services
- Provide accurate info and resolve concerns efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Meet quality and performance targets
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
- HS Graduate (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduate
- At least 3 months BPO experience (voice or non-voice)
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City - shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
