*About The Role:*
Join Teleperformance Makati for our stable Telco Voice Account! We are urgently hiring CSRs with as low as 3 months BPO experience - perfect for BPO beginners who want to jumpstart their career!
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Handle inbound inquiries related to telco products and services
- Provide accurate information and efficiently resolve customer concerns
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet quality and performance targets
*Qualifications:*
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate accepted
- At least 3 months BPO experience (voice or non-voice accepted)
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City - shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP - Fast hiring process!
