We are hiring 20 Thai Speaking Agents for a premium WFH opportunity! High pay for your Thai language skills! No BPO experience required - Freshers welcome!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries in Thai and English via phone, chat, and email

- Assist with account, billing, and service-related requests

- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently

- Document customer interactions accurately and meet quality targets

- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

*Qualifications:*

- Fluent in Thai (spoken and written) - Required

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- With or without BPO experience - Fresh graduates welcome! No BPO experience required!

- Collections / O2C (Order-to-Cash) experience is a plus but not required

- Must be eligible to work in the Philippines - Valid work visa / TRV / ACR accepted

- Willing to work shifting / night shift schedule in a WFH setup
