Transcom Bacolod is urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and Technical Support Representatives (TSR). This is perfect for fresh graduates and first-timers with no BPO experience!

- Handle customer inquiries via voice and deliver excellent customer service

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot basic customer concerns

*Qualifications:*

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- 18 years old and above

- At least Senior High School Graduate / College Level / College Graduate

- No BPO experience needed - fresh graduates and first-timers are highly encouraged to apply

- Willing to work onsite in Bacolod on a shifting schedule
