Transcom Bacolod is urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and Technical Support Representatives (TSR). Perfect for fresh graduates and first-timers!

*ABOUT TRANSCOM:*

*RESPONSIBILITIES:*

- Handle customer inquiries via voice and provide excellent service

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot basic concerns

- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

- Document customer interactions accurately

- Meet performance and quality targets

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- 18 years old and above

- At least SHS Graduate / College Level / College Graduate

- No BPO experience needed - fresh grads & first-timers highly encouraged

- Willing to work onsite in Bacolod - shifting schedule

- Can start ASAP
