*Job Description:*

Transcom Pasig is urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our premium US Electronics Voice Account.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries for US Electronics account via voice support

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally

- Assist with billing, product information, and technical support inquiries

- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet quality performance targets

- Document customer interactions accurately

*Qualifications:*

- At least 6 months BPO experience required (voice or non-voice accepted)

- Excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Pasig City

- Amenable to shifting schedule
