*Job Description:*

HGS Bridgertowne is hiring Customer Service Representatives for multiple premium international voice accounts. You will provide exceptional customer support for leading Audio Equipment, TV, and Financial brands.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Provide exceptional customer support for premium international brands

- Handle voice inquiries with professionalism and quality

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet performance targets

*Qualifications:*

- At least 6 months of BPO International Voice experience is required

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Bridgertowne, Quezon City

- Amenable to work on shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Available to start ASAP
